What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
- Official documentation of Social Security Number (AL, IN, OK only)
How does the loan process work?
Our loans and other services vary, so depending on how you want to apply (online, in store, or over the phone where available), things will be a little bit different. But generally speaking:
1. Apply
  Simply submit your application with all of the necessary requirements.
2. Get a Decision
  Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  Once you’re approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, funding is typically provided the following business day if you applied online, or typically the same day if you applied in person.
5. Repayment
  Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

I have used this company for over three years. I have always had the same last name on my paystub, now they’re refusing to redo my loan when I’ve never missed the payment because my second last name isn’t on my paystub. I have bank statements and I have my loan history with them. I drove 40 minutes so that they could tell me that my last name wasn’t on my paystub mind you the last time I did my loan it was the same exact company and the same exact paystub. If that’s the case, I will go ahead and file every Better Business Bureau claim known to man. Thanks for nothing, and absolutely ridiculous guidelines that only apply when your employee feels like enforcing them.
