• What do I need before I apply?

  To apply for a loan, you'll need:

  • Valid and working phone number
  • Proof of most recent income information
  • Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
  • Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
  • Official documentation of Social Security Number (AL, IN, OK only)
• How does the loan process work?

  Our loans and other services vary, so depending on how you want to apply (online, in store, or over the phone where available), things will be a little bit different. But generally speaking:

  1. Apply
     Simply submit your application with all of the necessary requirements.
  2. Get a Decision
     Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
  3. Loan Acceptance
     Once you’re approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
  4. Receiving Funding
     After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, funding is typically provided the following business day if you applied online, or typically the same day if you applied in person.
  5. Repayment
     Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
• Will opening a loan affect my credit score?
  Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on how your application may affect your credit score.
• Can I get a loan with bad or no credit?
  While credit is a factor in the underwriting process, we cannot say if bad or no credit will prevent you from getting approved, so submit your application today for a full review and credit decision.
