What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
- Official documentation of Social Security Number (AL, IN, OK only)
How does the loan process work?
Our loans and other services vary, so depending on how you want to apply (online, in store, or over the phone where available), things will be a little bit different. But generally speaking:
1. Apply
  Simply submit your application with all of the necessary requirements.
2. Get a Decision
  Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  Once you’re approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, funding is typically provided the following business day if you applied online, or typically the same day if you applied in person.
5. Repayment
  Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

They switched their system to the credit card, but in the process of that they were supposed to take the money out on the third of the month, but they tried to take it out early. Not once, but twice, which caused a freeze on the account .So the money that was in the account could not access if you have an agreement to take the money on the 3rd of the month, that's when it should be taken out, not on the 2nd to me, that means they can get into your account on any day. They feel like it. Which is not per the agreement.

Worst place in town to go for these services. You can never get anyone to answer the phone, and when they do, they are always very rude. I've also never seen a place that makes you pay for a membership fee just to cash a check. Then take their charge on top of that. Terribly slow inside and can never provide answers on the phone. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.
