I am filing this complaint regarding two accounts being reported under the name CHECKNGO/AXF on my consumer credit reports. These accounts contain multiple inaccuracies and internal inconsistencies that have not been corrected despite being disputed. First, the reporting across the credit bureaus is inconsistent and contradictory. One bureau reports the account as closed with no past due balance, while another reports it as in collections / charge-off for the same account and time period. An account cannot simultaneously be closed with a zero balance and also be in active collection or charged off. This alone demonstrates inaccurate reporting. Second, the payment history and status do not align with the account balance. The reports show a $0 balance and no past due amounts, yet still reflect late payments and a derogatory collection/charge-off status. If no balance is owed, there is no factual basis for continuing to report delinquency or collection activity. Third, there are date inconsistencies that further undermine the accuracy of the reporting. The account shows closure dates in 2019, yet later reporting reflects activity and status updates extending into 2020 and beyond. Additionally, some bureaus list start dates and last activity dates that do not logically align with the reported closure of the account. Fourth, the reporting of the creditor and account classification is unclear and inconsistent. The original creditor is listed as “unknown,” the creditor type varies, and the account is labeled differently across bureaus (installment loan, unsecured loan, miscellaneous finance). Accurate reporting requires clear and consistent identification of the creditor and account type.

Santrice did great today and she was patient with me. Answered all my questions fully.

I received a call from a debt collector stating that my Check N Go sold my debt to 2 different 3rd party collectors. Now I am being threatened that they’ll be taking me to court or garnishing my wages. They have also been contacting multiple people in my family with threatening messages.
