How does the loan process work?
Our loans and other services vary, so depending on how you want to apply (online, in store, or over the phone where available), things will be a little bit different. But generally speaking:

Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
- Loan Acceptance
Once you’re approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
- Receiving Funding
After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, funding is typically provided the following business day if you applied online, or typically the same day if you applied in person.
- Repayment
Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.
-
Will opening a loan affect my credit score?
Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you on how your application may affect your credit score.
-
Can I get a loan with bad or no credit?
While credit is a factor in the underwriting process, we cannot say if bad or no credit will prevent you from getting approved, so submit your application today for a full review and credit decision.

Always friendly and extremely helpful!! Their customer interactions are professional and caring!
Working with not central heat for over 3 weeks during the winter. Company would not let associates transfer to another store during that time.
Always being wrote up for goals that the company knew you could not meet for the year 2025.
The company is protecting itself under the law even though I am owed money for working off the clock.
Was also not paid for working on 7/25/2020
when an employee filed false sexual harassment claims against me. The audio in store aligns with my events of what happened and the other associate never got in trouble for trying to fire me under false pretenses
During our company-sponsored volunteer work in 2019, we were not compensated During our company-sponsored volunteer work in 2019, we were not compensated for our efforts. We were informed that our participation was voluntary and required that we allocate our own time for the task.
Consequently, I believe that we should be compensated for the two hours of volunteer work that we are permitted to receive payment for.
The attorneys specifically noted that that there is a limit on unpaid wage claims in Wisconsin of two years, and under federal law, sometimes it can go back three years. Either way, if you are talking about unpaid wages from 2019-2022, that is outside the permitted cutoff for litigation. Unfortunately, this is not something we can assist with, for that reason Case CASE_2026_955:Question:
Hi Barry, thank you for taking my call. As I mentioned, the statute of limitations for compensation is 2 years. Unfortunately we are passed that. Also as I mentioned, I looked at the dates you sent me for 12/27/2019, 12/28/2019, 1/6/2020, and 1/7/2020 and your clock in times don't align with the schedule but you were clocked in and did get paid for the time worked.
when I was on FMLA and 2020 my old district manager called store 1223 spoke to the associate there on a recorded line about when I come into store and not to cash my short-term disability check through my company. When I walked in that day to cash, my short-term disability check the associate pounded his fist on the counter multiple times and asked me multiple times. Are you sure you wanna cash this check? He made me feel very intimidated and when I get back from my FMLA that district manager told me I was trying to cause a fire storm within our district and to shut me up, she bought me a walking stick. I did try finding those voice recordings from like five years ago when she called the store and started that drama but when she moved up to HR, the recordings were removed from the system most likely due to the age of the recordings
