What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
- Official documentation of Social Security Number (AL, IN, OK only)
How does the loan process work?
Our loans and other services vary, so depending on how you want to apply (online, in store, or over the phone where available), things will be a little bit different. But generally speaking:
1. Apply
  Simply submit your application with all of the necessary requirements.
2. Get a Decision
  Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance

4. Receiving Funding
  After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, funding is typically provided the following business day if you applied online, or typically the same day if you applied in person.
5. Repayment
  Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

I have never been nor taken a loan from those type of loan places. I received a call today from this place. Not sure how they got my phone number and information, but as a former victim of identity theft, definitely gave me anxiety. Update: I keep receiving unsolicited calls from this place, please take my name off your list. It’s ridiculous and sounds like a scam call.

Esperanza is very kind. She asked me for tax documentation verifying my income as a dependent, approved it, and then asked me for a type C tax form, which is for self-employed individuals. In other words, she didn't go to the office because I was already providing proof that I work for a company, and therefore, because I didn't have that documentation (since I'm not self-employed), she denied it. The result: bad advice and a waste of time! TRAIN YOUR STAFF!
