What do I need before I apply?
To apply for a loan, you'll need:
- Valid and working phone number
- Proof of most recent income information
- Valid US. Government issued photo ID or driver's license
- Proof of routing and account number from an open and active check account, must be active for at least 30 days.
- Official documentation of Social Security Number (AL, IN, OK only)
How does the loan process work?
Our loans and other services vary, so depending on how you want to apply (online, in store, or over the phone where available), things will be a little bit different. But generally speaking:
1. Apply
  Simply submit your application with all of the necessary requirements.
2. Get a Decision
  Your information will then go through our underwriting process. This will help determine your loan eligibility and, if approved, will dictate your rates and loan amounts.
3. Loan Acceptance
  Once you’re approved, you will be provided with the proposed loan amount, loan rate, due dates, and any other relevant information needed for you to make a decision.
4. Receiving Funding
  After you accept your terms and originate your Loan Agreement, funding is typically provided the following business day if you applied online, or typically the same day if you applied in person.
5. Repayment
  Payments are made in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement.

The ladies in there were super nice and they had great customer service. My complaint is with Check N Go as a whole. I was called today, told I was approved, drove up there to get denied. Waste of time and resources when I could have went elsewhere to begin with. Just deny from the beginning don’t give people false hope. That’s bad for your business especially during hard times. Also the website errored out when I applied days ago, so I didn’t know I was “approved” until I got the call, then went up there to be denied… Update: Received denial letter in the mail. “Unable to validate applicant information”. My question is why couldn’t that be handled in person when I was in store? I brought ALL documentation etc. Makes zero sense.
